Modern
construction requires readily available, easy
to use and apply Contract Forms written in plain
English; for the variety of situations in which
construction work can be done.
To
this end, a series of Contract Forms has been
developed:

use in "Labour Only" Carpentry work.
Between the Owner or the Main Contractor and
the Labour Only carpentry contractor.
This contract form specifically details the
exact content of the work to be done by the
labour only carpentry contractor. |

sub-contractors work.
Between the Owner or Main Contractor and the
various subcontractors
This form details the work to be done by each
sub-contractor and the responsibilities of
the parties concerned. |

For
the supply of materials, appliances and equipment.
Between the Owner or Main Contractor and Supplier.
These forms allow for specific materials,
equipment or appliances for construction work
and details the supply, delivery, installation,
instruction in the safe use of and the guarantees
required for the same. |
These
forms have been developed by Plans and Specifications
Ltd, publishers of the New Zealand Building Economist.
